I had rented a U-Haul auto transport trailer to transport a vehicle I purchased. While enroute with the vehicle, the trailer blew a tire. Jim, with J&M, was dispatched late at night to bring another tire to my location. Although he was given poor information as to my location, he persevered until he found me at about 1:00 a.m. Jim then proceeded to put the new tire on, and he waited while I found a place to turn the trailer around to get it back on the highway. He did all this while it was lightly raining. Jim's loyal dedication to his customers, and his overall knowledge and professionalism was a genuine pleasure to experience.
Very difficult to work with. They also never answer their phone.
