This place has an Auctioneer by the name of Nick Caspers working here. Nick is not only a terrible person with a very high opinion of himself, he is also a murderer. He beat my helpless friend (also father, son, brother, uncle, nephew and grandson to so many) to death over nothing and somehow got away with it and only sat minimal time in prison. If you don't want this piece of garbage human being selling your cattle, I would suggest asking the owners of Mobridge Livestock to please find a different auctioneer. You will know Nick when you see him, as he is extremely proud of himself and shows absolutely no remorse for the unspeakable things he has done. He has a very hot head and terrrible temper, so please, watch yourself when you are at Mobridge Livestock as this creep could strike again any time. It's to bad that Mobridge Livestock hired this guy, I could not say anything bad about this place before. This is just a warning stating the facts about the murderer Nick Caspers. I feel someone needs to put the scary facts out their about this creep.
My husband and I brought our calves to sell. I waited all day to see them, then they started going through the ring and after about 2/3 of my calves went through they started with another bunch. So I left the ring to ask where the rest of my calves were and they told me they were lined up to go. So I head back to the ring and they start selling mine again when a calf comes in with a broken leg. I stopped The sale to tell them that calf didn't leave my place that way so I no sale the calf. They tried to give me every brush off on this calf. Saying it came off the truck that way, it was an old injury, etc. they wouldn't cover the calf with their insurance and the people were extremely rude to me. They had no documentation that the calf came off the truck hurt and they were accusing me of being a bad person because I wasn't trusting them that the calf was brought to them that way off my ranch! So I was supposed to eat it when my calves weren't brought through together and I had to eat it when my calf broke a leg at their sale barn. I will never bring cattle to this sale barn again and I suggest you don't as well!
Classic. Wish they would play more movies for adults. Seems like kids movies every week. Plus Thursday night would be better than Monday to be open.
